Holly has been working within the diving industry for well
over a decade and during this period of time she has travelled the world
working within a variety of dive related roles and has developed an in-depth
knowledge of the recreational diving industry.
She has taught thousands of
students and has through her own experience developed a sound understanding of
the best possible ways in which to conduct certain individual aspect of the
PADI curriculum. Holly also has a passion for diving and dive training and is
constantly aiming to improve the course structure and tweak her individual
training to always provide the best possible training experience available
within the industry. During the program Holly delivers the required PADI
curriculum components in her own style whilst also adding a range of
presentations and workshops which include her personal recommendations and tips
based upon her own experiences within the industry.
The program aims to provide training over and above that
generally found within the dive industry meaning that new instructors have
developed their own diving skills and knowledge and developed their own style
of delivery and can easily make the transition into the industry with the
confidence and knowledge to succeed.
The program is essentially made up of two parts the PADI
Instructor Development Course and the pre IDC preparation workshops.
The actual Instructor Development Course is conducted over

and organization of PADI training activities. The pre IDC workshops are
conducted over the 4 – 5 days prior to the start date of the course and are
designed to review and refresh the knowledge and skills which are expected from
certified PADI Divemasters. So, although the program is designed to take new
instructors to the highest professional level possible it is also designed to
be a highly fun and enjoyable experience.
Overall the IDC program is designed purely for certified
Divemaster’s who wish to gain a Successful and rewarding career within this
exciting and dynamic industry and gain the knowledge and skills to stand out in
